I asked a similar question earlier.... I made a mistake in the original question and closed it.

I need to find an equation for volume of a cylinder under the following conditions.

circumference + longest dimension < or equal to 180
height- diameter is greater then 0

The idea is that I will replace the radius each time untill I get the best volume,
