A toy car rolling down a ramp is taken pictures of. The distances the car travels between these shots are 0.1, 0.15, 0.17, and 0.19 metres. Divide each distance travelled by the time interval. The time between dots is 0.0415 seconds. The time interval here is 2x0.0415 seconds/0.083 seconds.

Take one t2 and subtract t1 and divide by the time interval. 0.15 - 0.1 = 0.05
0.05 / 0.0415 = velocity. I am slightly confused by what you mean by saying "the time interval here is 2x0.0415 seconds/0,083 seconds.
