Liver. 

It's large enough to see gross pathology, preserves function even under severe insult, and though it appears homogeneous, there's difference in function depending on where the cells are in relation to incoming or outflowing blood (related to toxin processing).

mine is Brain .
It controls all parts of body ,including liver :))).
secondly v have to use brain to study brain.

Brain-defines who we are, how we live our lives and permits our instictive and acquired behaviors.  We really cannot survive without the total presence and integration of all of the organs. Its why we have evolved.
