In an air standard Otto cycle with the compression ratio of 8, the pressure and temperature at the end of the compression stroke are 1.5MPa and 600K. The pressure at the end of the energy intake process is 4.5MPa. Find the thermal efficiency of the cycle and the net work per kilogram of air. Assume air is a diatomic gas.

Hi i need some assistance with this question. Ok so i calculated the thermal efficiency of the engine using the following formula:- \[efficiency = 1 - 1/r ^{\gamma - 1}\] where r is the compression ratio. i calculated the efficiency to be 56%. if i made any errors or did something incorrect plz let me know and correct me thx. The second part of the question is what is giving me the problem whereby the net work need to be determine could someone plz assist me and if u don't mind explaining how u arrive at your answer thxs!
