Okay, so, I know my major chords. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, Ab, A#, Bb, and so on. I just don't know how to read them on an actual music sheet and combine them with the bass and the treble. Can anyone help me? This is for piano, by the way.

I don't really have a particular song. I just have trouble combining them on any sheet music. But I guess it is kind of hard to help if you don't have an example... I'll attach one later.
