Well you should be more specific... Are you trying to articulate your own sound more? Or are you having trouble hitting those keynotes in your sheet music with the right addagio, or crescendo...

For crisp tone out of a trombone I can't really help you, the instrument is meant to be whiny and drawn out...

For your baritone, I would recommend learning where your brass stops ringing out. I mean learn it carefully.

Then, make sure you tighten up your lips as much as possible, while exhaling from your abdomen, instead of your chest
