i don't know how to round so please help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7.54983443527075 how you round up but don't give me answer just tell me how

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I would round to 7.5 first. Then you can pick one of the two nearest integers (8 and 7). The fact is that it's not nearer of any of the two, so... To be more precise, you can look past the first decimal number, and you would round down (7.54 to 7).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it was 8 because 5 is more right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yup. 7.54 is closer to 8 than it's to 7.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But I think it's a bit of an arbitrary choice, because both errors are quite similar. Anyway, as it's said to do like that, I would pick 8.

ok thanks

No problem :-)
