Tan(y). TOA => Tangent = Opposite/Adjacent. :-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

tan y is the answer or c.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You get that by using r/p and figuring out that tan is opp/adj so it has to be tan y because if it's p then the angle has to be opposite. I hope that helps.

Tan y is D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my bad yeah it's d

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can't medal you both! :( But thank you.:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Could you possibly help on this next one as well?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's the first one: \(\LARGE \tan{50} = \frac{height}{115} \implies height = 115\tan50\)

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
