OpenStudy (anonymous):

its B.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. The Articles were used up to 1789 until they were replaced by the Constitution with the Bill of Rights Latter added on to the Constitution.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Definitely not the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, which were late in the decade.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

noo it is B.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I promise it is A, articles of confederation. Constitution is 1787 and bill of rights is 1791 I promise articles of confederation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's A like the others have said, the Articles of Confederation was seen as weak and lacking in powers, so Congress decided to rewrite it and that's (partially) why our constitution is the way it is today.
