I am having hard time coming up with a good thesis for a paper but I am really interested in the Political abuse of psychiatry in the Soviet Union ( labeling dissenters as psycho to put them away). Any suggestions?

I don't know if you have read ON being sane in Insane places, but some of that may actually apply to the American psychiatry system as well.  Have you also read Michel Foucault's History of Madness for some ideas about a thesis
