Can Someone explain how to Sine, Cosine, and tan

Basicallly, one use of it is to find different lenghts of triangles.

remember SOH CAH TOA. Look at the angle in question. Sine of the angle= Opposite over hypotenuse, Cosine = adjacent over hypotenuse, and tangent = opposite over adjacent.
