can anyone tel the method of liner transformation ????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are you talking about transforming a vector by multiplying it by a matrix ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i need idea hw to solve it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

dont you just dot the row vectors of the matrix by the vector?.. i think for a matrix to be a linear transformation its corresponding row vectors need to be orthonormal with each other... its like you change baisis on your vector with your new coordinates being in terms of your row vectors .. since the row vectors are orthonormal they form your new basis

I would like to know what poster means by "solve"? For what?
