You would want to reference a work in an anthology (a book with collected works). Here is the geenral format: Lastname, First name. "Title of Essay." Title of Collection. Ed. Editor's Name(s). City of Publication: Publisher, Year. Page range of entry. Medium of Publication. If the authors are also the editors, list them twice. Check out the Online Writing Lab.
