there is no diagram but the options are 

	(-18, -12)
		(-11, -4)
		(-9, -6)
		(-7, -8)

1) find the equation of the line using two points formula.
2) find the slope of the line.
3) use the fact that lines of perpendicular lines have inverse slope.
4) use inverse slope for bisector to find the coordinates.
