Solve for x. 3square root of X-4= -1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cube both sides then add 4, x = cuberoot of 3 i think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Remember when solving for roots to isolate the x by performing inverse operations on the expression - in this case the inverse operation is the inverse of the cubed root, which is the cubed power function, then perform inverse operation on the remaining values to isolate the x (adding four to both sides)
