This is the exponential curve for the equation of the ticket prices since 1950. Use the curve to predict the prices for tickets in these years: 2000 (x=50) and 2010 (x=60).

"WALK" on the curve until x=50. Read off the y-axis the value of $9 approx. You can do the same for x=60 (year 2010).

Well heres an example... at x=0 (the very left side), there is a dot at y=1 (up 1). so at x=0, the answer is 1.

oh hold on ....so on teh graph where the 50 is if i go up to the intersection does tht mean tht the answer to x=50 is 10?
