Just let me know if it is correct if its not just say its wrong dont need to explain The smaller flagpole casts a shadow 19 feet long and it has a height of 24 feet. The taller flagpole casts a shadow 35 feet long. What is the height of the taller flagpole? Show your calculations and round your answer to the nearest tenth. 19/24 = 35/x ---> Now cross multiply to solve for x ---> 19x = 840 ---> Divide both sides by 19 ANSWER: height of the taller flagpole is about 44.2 feet
