Why Glucose stores as starch or glycogil inside the cell and not as glucose?

well glucose can easily dissolve in water and our cells contain more than 65 percent water glycogen on the other hand is a macromolecule which dosent easily dissolve in water

glucose break down means ATP formation if all the glucose you took in got converted to energy then u wont be stable
