Write the solution as a set of ordered pairs given the equation y = 60x + 300, when x = -5, 0, 5.

A. {(-5, 0), (0,300), (5,600)} B. {(0,-5), (300,0), (600,5)} C. {(-5, -300), (0,0), (5, 300)} D. {(-5, -600), (0, 300), (5, 600)}

A. You simply plug in each value of x given, separately. So, when x= -5: \[y=60(-5)+300\]. So, when x= 0: \[y=60(0)+300\]. So, when x= 5: \[y=60(5)+300\]. Thus, when x=-5, y=0.....or (-5,0) Thus, when x=0, y=300.....or (0,300) Thus, when x=5, y=600.....or (5,600)
