i. Socko: Lefty killed Sharky

ii. Fats: Muscles did not kill Sharky.

iii. Lefty: Muscles was shooting craps with Socko when Sharky was knocked off.

iv. Muscles: Lefty did not kill Sharky.

Who killed Sharky? Justify your answer.

Do you need an explanation? If so, I think it should be more or less like this:
If Socko is telling the truth, then Fats must also be telling the truth, which is false, due to the problem statement, and so, Socko is lying.
If Socko is lying then Lefty did not kill Sharky, therefore Muscles is the one who is telling the truth, which implies that Fats is lying and Muscles killed Sharky, Is this correct?
