I'm going with C. Sargon of Akkad. Hammurabi came around centuries after 2300 BC (he lived between 1800-1700 BC). King Solomon wasn't recorded in the Bible as conquering Ebla or Sumer and historians pin his reign (at least based on Biblical sourcing) between 1000 - 900 BC. Queen Hatshepsut lived between 1479 - 1458 BC, way after the conquests happened.
