Help! Solve logx = log(4x - 9)? Help me please?

un log both sides x=4x-9 solve for x

Oh my gosh... That simple? Gosh, thank you... yet again (:

only because you have a log on both sides you can log both sides and you can unlog both sides

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So then the equation would turn out like this....-3x=-9....then after dividing both sides by -3 then it would turn into... x=3... right?
