Yes.  You can print through CloudPrint from Google.  It's pretty cool.

It depends on your printer. 1) printer is bluetooth enable, given your phone also has bluetooth enable. 2) printer is connected to your router, your phone can then print from your phone, given your phone has the right drivers. 3) print has no bluetooth/wifi. then no.

you don't need to deal with drivers if you us the email printing with hp and canon ePrint enabled printers.  If you don't have access to that, you can use Chrome and CloudPrint to share one connected on your computer.  The second option, you will need a smartphone with "CloudPrint" app installed.
