I'll draw ya a picture! =D |dw:1336006494164:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what 5/3 sin cosine or tangent?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What angle are you trying to figure out? How do the sides that you know relate to that angle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know thats why i asked for the formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Don't ask for the formula. Ask for knowledge.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i asked for the knowledge and i couldnt get it many times

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Consider the first question first. The question asks the angle of elevation. Which angle is that on your picture?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a rigth triangle is the angle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're not trying to solve for the right angle though. That angle is known.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah im trying to find the angle rigth to the 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Good. Yes. This angle: |dw:1336006964935:dw|
