i get 13 , -1.1760
my closest option is 13, 292.62
does the -1.1760 convert somehow to 292.62???

It's the -arctan(12/5).

That is in deegres, I suspect. So, it's more or less correct.

theta here is in radians, alpha is deegres. They are more or less on the same arc. I got 292.61, but that's precision :-)
