do you know what is width,length, or perimeter of a rectangle or square ?

The reason nobody can help you is that the scale is not stated.  For example, I see that the kitchen is 10 by 16 feet.  If the scale is 1inch = 1 foot, then on the drawing, the kitchen would be 10 inches by 16 inches.

On the other hand, if the scale is 1/2 inch = 1 foot, then on the drawing, the kitchen would be 5 inches by 8 inches and so on.  You can calculate these by using proportions.
