Find the measure of angle N.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the answer 150 degress?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Solve this: \[17x+4+18x+6+10x-10+180 = 540\] you add up all the angles and it's sum should be 540

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the answer 150?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

My math says the angle N is 222. How did you get 150?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really sure thats not one of my answers tho

OpenStudy (anonymous):

150° 8° 90° 294°

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not 222, sorry. 210. Here's how I got that: Solve \[17x+4+18x+6+10x−10+180=540\], x will be 8 N = 360 - (18x + 6) = 210

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats not an answer tho..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i was correct it was 150

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I should not have subtracted 360. I thought N was the angle on the other side. Sorry.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

540 = 90 + 90 + 17x + 4 + 18x + 6 + 10x – 10 540 = 180 + 45x 360 = 45x 8 = x Angle N = 18(8) + 6 = 150°
