That shouldn't be right. Let Po be the population in 2000. Then: Po + 0.43Po = Po + 15.2 0.43Po = 15.2 Po = 35 millions, approximately. Which corresponds to the US Census of 2010 (50.5 million of Hispanic people living in the US)
