HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! A runner starts at the beginning of a path and runs at a constant rate of 7 mi/hr. Twelve minutes later a second runner begins at the same point, running at a rate of 9 mi/hr and following the same path. How long will the second runner have to run in order to reach the first runner?
