OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well you know your third angle, since the angles inside of a triangle add to 180 right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah but i need x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Always start with filling in all the information you know, it will help you see answers to any question.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The third angle would be 30 degrees because 90 + 60 = 150 - 180 degrees in a triangle is 30 degrees not put it into proportion to the sides.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

... i need x though i know the interier

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok.. set the degrees (angles) to their sides as a ratio cutie.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's simple. If you need anymore help just ask away. (:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

whats x then?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Drddave can you explain more about the ratio cutie? I am not familiar with this.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's so easy @Kaytree16. An whoever you are @countonme123. I had an A in "Geometry" and what you would do is x/30 degrees x 4 x Squareroot of 6 & then cross multiply! It is as easy as Geometry gets but I'm not doing the math myself.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah but since you got an A you should help .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

((x/30) times (x/squareroot of 6))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

..........

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oops It's ((x/30 degrees) multiplied by (4 multiplied by the squareroot of 6/ 60 degrees)) Cross multiply!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

...which is? lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you're such a mooch.. 60x = 30((4)squareroot of 6)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im not a mooch your mean lol, i dont get it .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol you better medal me for this and follow but the answer is x = 12 This is a link to show you how to cross multiply http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uv_hPQfJE4g

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yay thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why did you give me a medal lol @Drddave

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, your welcome & cause you lol'd at the same things I've been laughing at lately lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay lol . i should get a medal for asking the question (:
