Why do plant cells need Golgi and Mitochondria but animal cells dont?

Hmmm, i think animal cells also need golgi and mitochondria because Golgi is needed for protein modification and mitochondria is needed for ATP production (Krebs cycle and oxidative phosphorylation). I hope this helps.
