Find the area of a parallelogram if a base and corresponding altitude have the indicated lengths. Base 1 1/2 feet, altitude 6 inches. Area = _____ sq. ft. I know you have to convert to either ft or in but cant figure which one. and then i think you use fractions and cross multiply but cant really figure it out. i stink at this.

the area it asks for is sqaure feet, so your answer should be in feet :)
