arrange them in order, then separate into 4 groups, the third one is the third quartile (2nd lowest)
5.8.8.9.12.13.13.15.19
also you can't split 9 into 4
9 numbers can't make 4 groups
5.8.8.9.12.13.13.15.19 12 is the median, so we can take it out. 13.13.15.19 ->upper half Now, find the resulting median.
