I know I have drawn them poorly. But that's a transistor, a resistor and a lamp. O.o

C. the resistor is acting as a current limiter for the gate of the transistor, without it you would burn it out. once it turns on the current will flow from the positive rail through the bulb. all other choices are either reverse biased, of the transistor will be gated on.
