This sounds like a rounding problem. Which do you think is the answer.
I need a definition of 'closer to' to answer the problem, because I'm solving some problems which talk about an integer closer to a number and I'm confused for the case where the number is like 2.5. Is it closer to 2 or 3?
I always round up. But sometimes teachers have different rules. For 2.5, I would round up to 3
Okay, I'll just ask my teacher about this.
