Which of the following describes how the winter season affects organisms in the tundra biome? The cold temperatures kill most of the plants. Plants lose their leaves to conserve energy. The predator to prey ratio increases. Animals not adapted to cold migrate to warmer regions.

well it a tricky qn tundra is the region famous for it cold temp. so i m confused in first an second :?

but i ll go with second as first option says most of the plant get killed it cant be true as plants are habitual to the cold climate of tundra ..

look at ALASKA flvs... it has plants during the summer and spring. Thats tundra area. Plus, during the winter, theres the permafrost layer. Though I do agree that isn't the answer. I believe its the fourth one
