you mean the set of all matrices like this?\[\vec v=\left[\begin{matrix}0&a\\b&0\end{matrix}\right]\]two things to check: closure under addition and closure under scalar multiplication so add any two vectors of this form and check to make sure that the answer 8is still in \(W\) then do the same with a scalar multiple
we already know that the set of all 2x2 vectors contains the zero vector element, so we don't need to check that property.
