Am I allowed to ask just one question in each subject daily or till the first q is answered?

OpenStudy (blues):

Hi Sapure, You can have only one open question in each group at a time. Open questions are the first ones users see when they log on. When you are satisfied that your question has been answered, you can close it. The closed question is moved to a different menu - users can still find it and contribute to it by clicking on the "Closed Questions" tab. Then you can ask another one. We use this system because people were posting many (i.e., sometimes entire assignments) questions at once and focusing on getting answers. This system, with one open question at a time, focuses them on working through each question with a tutor before they ask another one.

Thank you so much, this explains a lot. It has been a long time since I last accessed OpenStudy that's why I can't interact with the new layout.

Can I reopen a closed question?!

OpenStudy (blues):

Nope, I'm afraid you can't.
