uhmmm...philosophical question...wouldn't it be nice if the people a certain user has fanned will show in his/her profile too? i mean let's say you fanned a user because he's good....and the people that user fanned may have impressed him. wouldnt you wanna be fans of those people as well? just asking..

uhmm how should i put it @Tomas.A right now all that's displayed in profile is the ones who fanned you.  i would like to make a suggestion for the "people we fanned" to become visible in profile too. For example i fanned a person whom i found awesome...i would like to make friends with his friends too so i'd like to see who he fanned..because im sure they are awesome as well...kinda like that..this is most effective for new users who dont know who are awesome. for example, kinggeorge and mr. math are geniuses but dont have high levels...the hatchlings usually just fan the high level users because they think they're the ones who can help the most. while this is true, some awesome low level users can help people too and they can be recognized if the "people we fanned" can be visible  in our profiles. i just came up with this idea  when i talked to some hatchlings regarding who are awesome on the site

Hmm, I *really* like that idea @lgbasallote - we'll definitely take that under consideration... I think we really want to expand the whole 'fanning' system to make it easier to find people who give great help, as well as find the people you enjoy helping (typically those who are interested in learning).
