For this you need to remember that when you have a circumscribed polygon(circle drawn inside); that each side of the triangle is tangent to the circle. Also when you have 2 tangents coming from the same point, those tangent segments are congruent. So in your pic, AB=AF CB=CD ED=EF What do you get from that?
