Look at the table Which polyhedron has incorrect entries for its number of faces, edges, or vertices
Polyhedron Number of Faces Number of Edges Number of Vertices Polyhedron 1 6 12 10 Polyhedron 2 10 16 8 Polyhedron 3 11 17 8 Polyhedron 4 9 15 8 Polyhedron Number of Faces Number of Edges Number of Vertices Polyhedron 1 6 12 10 Polyhedron 2 10 16 8 Polyhedron 3 11 17 8 Polyhedron 4 9 15 8
@pfenn1 i need help with this one
Don't we need some figures of the polyhedrons or are we just supposed to guess if they all make sense?
Here we go. Euler's formula says V - E + F = 2. where V is the number of vertices, E is the number of edges and F is the number of faces. So do this for each polyhedron and see if it equals 2. Additional info here: http://plus.maths.org/content/eulers-polyhedron-formula
