Help Pleasee ! 1. What is the molten iron and nickel in the core of the Earth thought to contribute to? A. Thermal energy B.The geographical poles C.The magnetic poles D.The movement of the plates 2. What effect does adding more loops to the wire coil have on the electromagnet? A.The current will need to increase. B.The magnetic field will increase. C . The electromagnet will increase in size. D.The iron core will need to be larger.

C.The magnetic poles B.The magnetic field will increase.

C is right but for the second one im unsure if its A or B but i believe that it is B :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for question no:1 C.The magnetic poles is the answer For question no2: A.The current will need to increase. is the answer because the magnetic flux will increase with the increase in the number of loops wounded. According to the formula \[i=d \phi/dt\]

sry buddy but, in the second question option A, "will need to" is not an 'effect'...forget all equations of physics, its simple english.

@krishnakumar123 : i see you again posting incorrect ans on this forum..thats dissappointing...how can rate of flux change ever be equated to current.this is ridiculous...if u want to help then go through your books and come prepared here.do not misguide..

Dear quarkine.......... oh........I made mistake. The formula I posted is for induced emf. I confused. I didn't realise this at that time of posting.........

thats ok buddy.. making mistakes doesnt make us human,it is correcting them that make us so...
