For alpha, to plot in polar coordinates, type "polar plot r= , theta = a to b"

But of course, put the right equation in for r, and put the range that you want for theta.

To plot without a graphing function, plug in specific angles and plot the radius at that angle on your graph. Pick angles of theta that will make cos(45theta) easy to calculate, like theta = 0, theta = 2, theta = 4

Is there any chance your function is supposed to be just
2^2*cos(theta) +6 and sin(theta)+2?
adding in the 45 and the 450 makes it crazy.
Or maybe it's supposed to be cos(45+theta)? That makes so much more sense.
