Breakeven is when costs and expenses are equal to revenue.

So with the limited information u gave, say you sold 10 pizzas for $150

You have $40  labour  and fixed (do not vary) cost of $55.

Revenue less expense is 150-95 = $55

Now imagine you only sold 5 pizzas instead 75 - 20 -55 = 0  Hurray! Breakeven.
