A particular plant species has numerous fruits and no visible seeds. Which of the following could it be? A.Pteridophyta B.Angiosperm C.Bryophyta D.Gymnosperm
It's really an easy question to answer, because we can eliminate gymnosperms, as their seeds are supposed to be naked, implying they are visible, even though in reality that's not always the case. We can also eliminate bryophyta which don't have fruits and seeds at all as they are mosses, liverworts and relatives. That leaves us with the obvious correct answer angiosperms. Angiosperms are the usual flowering plants that dominate our planet, and they generally reproduce by seeds, seeds enclosed inside an ovary, so the seeds should not be visible, at least while developing.
