i need to find one more point from this problem -3y=-x-7. i have tried changing the x to a lot of things 0,1,-1,2,-2,3,-3 and none of them will give me a line corresponding with the points (2,1) (3,-2)

m (slope) =-3/-1=3  right away it is obvious that it does not agree with 1/3 you have in your equation.
