When I logged on today. I had a chance to make a group without asking a moderator. Im not sure if its a bug or not but it was up like that for about 10 seconds.

The :| wasn't directed at you. It was directed at us for not fixing this before the deploy, because I saw it and mentioned it to Feury, but forgot to file a bug. :)
