\[\frac{5-3i}{3-2i} = \frac{(5-3i)(3+2i)}{(3-2i)(3+2i)} = \frac{5(3+2i)-3i(3+2i)}{(3-2i)(3+2i)} =\frac{15+10i-9i-6(-1)}{(9+4)} \]\[=\frac{15+10i-9i+6}{(9+4)}=\frac{21+10i-9i}{13} = \frac{21+i}{13}= \frac{21}{13} + \frac{i}{13}\]
