Use the following information for Question 1. In a game, a number cube is tossed to determine the number of spaces to move, and a coin is tossed to determine forward or backward movement. 1. How many possible outcomes are there? (1 point) * 8 * 12 * 24 * 36 2. How many different three-digit whole numbers are possible using the digits 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5? (1 point)

OpenStudy (stormfire1):

You should probably post this in the math group :) I will say that assuming the number cube has 6 sides, there are 12 possible outcomes - 6 forward and 6 backward.

OpenStudy (stormfire1):

I believe the answer to the second question is just 5! which is 120
