Find the midpoint of AB.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(3, 1) (1, 1) (10, 4) (4, 4)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it was B. am i right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks

The x coordinate of A is at -2, and the x coordinate of B is at 4. There is a difference of 6, so the x midpoint is at the x coordinate -2 + 3 = 1 Then you just find the point on the line which is at x=1, this is where the y coordinate equals 1. So, it's (1,1) :)
